The McKeesport Alliance Church would like to invite the community to join us for our September 11 Memorial Service on Sunday, September 11, 2011.  At 9:03 a parade will will be begin at White Oak EMS and proceed to 938 Summit Street.  The parade will include vehicles from the fire, police and emergency medical departments in McKeesport and White Oak including the Motorcycle Patrol Unit and Color Guard of the McKeesport City Police Department.  The participating vehicles  will travel down Lincoln Way, turn onto O’Neal Blvd, and then onto Summit Street.  We encourage the community to come out and show their support to our local first responders.  At 9:30, a fellowship with coffee and donuts is planned at the church.  The Memorial Service will begin at 10 am.

The McKeesport Alliance Church will be hosting our annual Good Friday Service on Friday, April 22 at 7:30 pm.  In addition to congregational singing and music, we will hear from four characters who were there: Judas, Peter, Pilate, and a Roman Soldier.  Participating churches include: Sampson’s Mill’s Presbyterian, McKeesport Presbyterian, McKeesport Salvation Army, and Rainbow Temple.
